Returns/Exchanges
Exchanges:If you have a product you would like to exchange please email exchanges@saysomething.co.uk stating your order number, name, what you would like to exchange and what you would like it to be exchanged for. We aim to reply to all exchange requests within 24 hours. We will e-mail you a freepost address to send your product(s) back to us.
All products must be received back un-worn and un-washed and in the same condition as they were sent out. Exchanges are subject to receiving the products in this condition.

If you have a product you would like to return please fill in the returns form below.
We aim to reply to all return forms within 24 hours. We will e-mail you with an address to return your product(s) to. You must pay the returns postage. We suggest you return your products via royal mail recorded delivery. All products must be received back un-worn and un-washed and in the same condition as they were sent out. Refunds are subject to receiving the products in this condition.
